- Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Premium, we collect payment information through Apple's App Store (we do not store payment details directly).

- Track and display your LEGO collection and portfolio value
- Fetch current market prices for your items
- Send you technical notices and support messages

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text. We use secure HTTPS connections for all data transfers.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services:
- Rebrickable API: To fetch LEGO set and minifigure information
- BrickEconomy: To retrieve current market prices
- Apple App Store: To process subscription payments
- Supabase: To securely store your account and collection data
These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of data.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your collection data
- Opt out of marketing communications
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app.
Children's Privacy
Stackd is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of the modified Policy.
