By downloading, installing, or using Stackd ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Stackd is a mobile application that allows users to track their LEGO collection, monitor portfolio values, and view market prices. The App provides:

• Collection tracking for LEGO sets and minifigures
• Portfolio value calculations
• Market price data from third-party sources
• Performance analytics (Premium feature)

3. Account Registration

To use Stackd, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Stackd offers a free tier and Premium subscription:

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stackd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this application. All LEGO-related data is sourced from public APIs and third-party services.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Rebrickable and BrickEconomy for data. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content provided by these services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the App will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile section.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
